Heaven is On Earth
You do not need to look further than your own body and your own life to witness the Divine made manifest. This teaching is at the core of all that I do as a practitioner, mentor and guide.
Many of us grow up inside of an unconscious belief system in which Heaven and Earth feel separate.
Were you taught that God/Goddess/The Divine is somewhere else?
Does your connection to the Divine feel lost or as if there are requirements or conditions placed upon it?
During private sessions and trainings with me, we work directly with healing the perceived divide between Heaven and Earth so that you may more fully embody your spirit, awaken to the beauty of your soul and live the purpose for which you were born.
Your Body is a Portal to the Divine
This is one of my core teachings. You do not need to look further than your own body and your own life experiences to witness the divine. Through StarSong® Reiki sessions you are invited to remain fully present and listen deeply to the body's cues and communication. In this way, you to become a holy witness to your own life experiences as the path. Each moment of your life is the path. The body is the channel through which your divine gifts flow, and your life is the channel through which your divine purpose is realized.
From Seed To Bloom
Another theme that repeats again and again in my work, is to consciously engage cycles which take us from a "seed" moment to a "bloom" moment, and then back again to seed.
The Lunar Cycle in which we experience a New Moon and a Full Moon each month is a wonderful example of a seed to bloom cycle that is witnessed in the sky over and over again. The question is- are you paying attention?
By engaging in this practice, your experience of time may expand to include both a linear, results-driven perspective as well as a more circular, process-oriented perspective.
Spiritual Guidance is Always Available
Prayer works. Meditation works.
I believe wholeheartedly that there are Divine Beings- angels, ascended masters, star beings, gods and goddesses- that absolutely want to help you realize your highest and truest potential. All you need to do is ask and invite them to guide, empower, protect and assist you in all ways.
Sincerity is key. Showing up is essential.
